Uncle Dave's Cole Slaw
Combine 1 cabbage head (shredded), 2 carrots (shredded), 1 apple (sliced), 6 oz. Marie's Colesaw Dressing, 2 tsp lime juice, and 2 tbsp Dillapeño for a coleslaw with zing!
Texas Tartar Sauce
Add 2 tablespoons of Dillapeño, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste to one cup of mayonnaise.
Fill a celery stick with goat or cream cheese and top with Dillapeño.

Jordan's Dillapeño Coleslaw
Chop 1/2 head of purple cabbage, 1/2 head of white cabbage, and 1/2 cup of green onion. Mix together with 1 jar Dillapeño and season with salt/pepper as needed for a refreshing sweet-and-spicy coleslaw!

Betty's Famous Dillapeño Pimento Cheese
Ingredients: 2 lbs. American Cheese, 1/2 cup Dillapeño, 1/2 lb. Velveeta Jalapeno Cheese, 4 large jars chopped pimento, 2 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1 cup Miracle Whip, Dillapeño juice to taste
Instructions: Grate all cheese and mix in other ingredients in a large bowl. Determine amount of Dillapeño and Dillapeño juice according to taste and consistency of mixture. This makes a very large amount and will keep in the refrigerator several weeks.

Tim's Amazing Citrus Dip (+Dillapeño)
Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream with 3 tablespoons of Tim's Texas 2 Step Citrus Rub and 3 tablespoons of Dillapeño. It's AMAZING!

Anita's Dirty Dillapeño Martini
Mix 4 ounces of vodka, 2 ounces of Dillapeño juice, and 2 tabelspoons vermouth in shaker with ice. Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with a pickle jalapeño.

Lynn's Dillapeño Roll-Ups
Spread cream cheese and Dillapeño onto flour tortilla. Lay turkey over spread, roll up, and slice into discs.

Dan's Cowboy Baked Beans
Mix 2 tabelspoons Woody's Smoke-In BBQ Sauce, 3 tablespoons Dillapeño, and one 15 oz. can beans of your choice. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or heat on stove top. Sprinkle with salt/pepper and Tim's 2 Step Citrus Rub to season.
